OET Scoring System
On the OET, the four sub-tests are scored on a scale of 0 to 500, with increments of ten points (e.g. 350, 360, 370, etc.). Each sub-test is then assigned a letter grade, ranging from A (highest) to E (lowest), based on the numerical score. The OET does not provide an overall grade. Your OET Statement of Results will indicate your score on a scale of 0 to 500. The majority of accrediting boards and councils mandate that candidates attain a minimum score of 350 in all four sub-tests.
